A different way of meeting
You might want more confidence in dating, more openness in your relationship, more self-love, or simply the chance to connect beyond everyday small talk.
This afternoon brings men and women together to explore what helps us feel present, express ourselves honestly and welcome deeper connection. We’ll notice what brings us closer and what holds us back, with curiosity rather than judgement.
Through direct experience, we’ll explore how masculine and feminine energies meet—and what they bring out in each of us.

Direct experience
“This is not a lecture. It is an opportunity to experience connection directly—to feel it in the body.”
— Dan

Dan, thank you again for holding such a safe space with so much openness, kindness and care. You were just amazing, and I deeply appreciate the way you supported the space so beautifully. It was a truly wonderful and heart-opening experience.

Anna · Brighton
This was a brilliant workshop full of Dan’s wisdom about somatics and embodiment. Very helpful metaphors that made sense about the inner masculine and feminine. Dan has such wisdom whilst being humble and real in his teachings. Highly recommend…

Masculine practice
Practise staying connected to yourself around women, expressing what you feel and meeting another person with warmth and presence—not a version of yourself you think you should be.
Within the masculine practice, you’ll be invited to explore:
You won’t be asked to become harder, louder or more dominant. You’ll explore a masculinity that comes from being fully present in your body.
Feminine practice
Explore what helps you feel open, expressive and connected to yourself in the presence of men. Notice your body’s responses, make room for your desires and honour your boundaries.
Within the feminine practice, you’ll be invited to explore:
You won’t be told how a woman should behave or asked to become passive. You’ll explore a femininity that is embodied, expressive and true for you.

Beyond our differences
Explore the differences that create attraction and curiosity, while meeting one another with greater understanding, presence and love.

Your facilitator
Hi, I’m Dan, a teacher, coach and workshop facilitator specialising in embodiment, somatic healing and the nervous system.
I’ve supported more than 100 people through private one-to-one sessions and group work. I’m also a qualified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, having completed a 150-hour training, alongside many hours of training in embodiment and personal development.
I created this workshop to bring men and women together in a space for honest expression, curiosity and connection. My intention is to help you explore what becomes possible when we meet with greater presence, understanding and love.
Choose your primary practice below. Both energies are welcome within each of us, and you can choose the focus that feels most relevant to you. Places are balanced between the two practices.

Questions & answers
Everything you may want to know about the afternoon.
No previous experience is necessary. However, this work can sometimes bring unexpected emotions or relational patterns to the surface. The workshop is best suited to people who already have some capacity for self-reflection and feel able to seek appropriate support if something significant arises.
You’re welcome to attend alongside a partner, but tickets are booked individually and you’ll both be invited to engage with other members of the group. This workshop isn’t currently structured as couples’ work, although dedicated opportunities for couples may be offered in the future.
Some practices may include optional, non-sexual contact, such as holding hands or sharing a hug. This is not a tantra workshop: everyone will remain fully clothed, and there will be no sexual touch. All contact is consent-led, never expected and always your choice.
Possibly. Sexuality is not the focus of the workshop, but it can be a meaningful part of masculine–feminine polarity, attraction and intimate relationships. I may reference it when relevant.
Every practice is an invitation. You’re welcome to pause, observe or step out of any exercise at any time, without needing to explain or justify your decision. Your boundaries and your pace will be respected throughout the afternoon.
No. Although you may naturally meet people you connect with, the workshop is not designed as a dating event or tantra experience. You’ll be encouraged to attend for yourself rather than with the intention of finding a partner. My hope is that the experience supports you to approach connection and future relationships from a more grounded and authentic place.
The workshop is primarily designed for men to practise with masculine energy and women to practise with feminine energy. However, both energies exist within all of us, and there will be opportunities to explore each during the afternoon. If practising with the other energy feels more relevant to you, you’re welcome to choose that ticket. You may find it helpful to consider which practice brings up the most curiosity, tension or uncertainty—or contact me before booking if you’re unsure.
You’re welcome to attend whether you’re single or in a relationship. It’s your responsibility to consider your relationship agreements and decide whether the practices feel aligned with your personal boundaries and those you share with your partner.
This particular workshop explores masculine–feminine polarity primarily within the context of relating and attraction between men and women. People of any sexual orientation are welcome if this framework feels relevant to what they want to explore. If you’re uncertain whether the workshop is right for you, please contact me before booking.
This workshop does not present a universal definition of how men or women should be. It does, however, come from my belief that masculine and feminine dynamics—and the differences between men and women—are real, meaningful and worthy of exploration. For simplicity, I will often use ‘man’ or ‘he’ when discussing the masculine and ‘woman’ or ‘she’ when discussing the feminine. No offence is intended by this language. This is a space to explore and celebrate our differences while recognising the shared humanity beneath them. It is an experiential workshop, not a political debate. You don’t need to agree with every idea, but you do need to be open to this framework and engage with it respectfully. If these themes feel fundamentally opposed to your values, this workshop is unlikely to be the right fit for you.
My role is not to fix or change anyone, but to welcome you as you are and hold the workshop with as much grounding, care and presence as I can. Clear boundaries and consent will be encouraged throughout, allowing you to notice whatever the practices reveal while remaining responsible for your own choices, wellbeing and healing journey.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Please bring a water bottle and anything else that helps you feel comfortable while sitting or moving.
The workshop is currently capped at 10 participants. If further places are released, the total number attending will not exceed 14.
